Last Sunday at church someone's cell phone rang pretty loudly. She is an older woman and couldn't get to it, I think by the time she could get up and out of the chapel (if she would of tried) it would of been done ringing. She could Not find it in her purse... after this happened Keagan leaned over to me and whispered, "That is why you don't bring cell phones to church!"

One of Keagan's spelling words was excellent last week. With every spelling word you have to write a sentence. He tries to get the shortest sentence possible. He wrote, "I am excellent."

I said to him, I like your sentence Keagan, I am excellent,
he said, well, I am!

Celeste

This is my preschool friend Celeste, she is the daughter of Marie, who I work with. (This picture I stole from Marie...)
Almost every day when we are waiting for school to end she comes running to my van to visit w/ me! I am sooo lucky! I LOVE it! She tells me all kinds of things....

Here she is eating some candy that was left in my van, and notice how the van door is slightly ajar- she can't get it shut the whole way. She recently rode w/ me from her house to the school, and I said (while trying to turn left onto College ST, if you don't live around here.. sometimes it takes a while!) Where did all these cars come from? She said Utah! Me - huh? Her - yah, Utah because it snows in Utah and it snowed here,so they must be coming from Utah, oh ok. Makes sense. :)

She also told me she can tell it's my van because of the soccer ball on my antena, guess I can't take that off. :)

Friends! Some of my BFFS ;)

Last weekend Darri & I got to fly to Boise to visit Angela! We had a great time! Stayed up too late, talked lots, ate lots, laughed, cried a little, you know the usual!

I still miss you lots Ang!

I am sooo blessed to have such good friends in my life!

Ray and I have this silly game we like to play. We like to call each other and when we're done talking say, I love you more, I win and quickly hang up the phone before the other one says, No I Love you most, I win! We like to text each other w/ this too.

So today I was teaching preschool at Marie's house and the doorbell rang, I went to answer it and I thought it was a salesperson... Ray had sent me flowers! He hasn't even done anything wrong :) and it is not any special occasion! The note said (among other things..) I love you most, I win! So for today Hon, you win! ;) I'm sure I can get you back someway soon...

We wanted to go visit Ray's family in Pennsylvania this summer. I have been watching tickets and the plan was to buy them last Friday when our income tax money came in. I budgeted $1000 for tickets, was hoping for the low $900s, but knew it could go as high as $1200 w/ what I had seen.

When we went to Disneyland in November there was a little mess up w/ our tickets - there was a luggage fee when there wasn't suppose to be... anyways we ended up getting $50 vouchers for United airlines each of us. So I have been looking at airline tickets and especially United, hoping United would have the lowest price, but all along United was at least $75 a ticket more than all of the others.

Wed. I looked for tickets and found some for $218 from United! I reserved them for 24 hours and then reserved them again (they had a 24 hour hold period) and got a better time, but the same great price! That made them $168 a ticket, which is unheard of!! The catch was that you could only use the vouchers and buy the tickets at the airport! Well... as luck would have it... I just happened to be going to Boise to visit Angela on Friday and going to the airport! Everything worked out and we got the best deal ever on our airfare! We are going June 29th through July 14th!

I checked the tickets again Friday morning, just out of curiosity, and they were up to $257 a person- which doesn't seem much, but that is still more than $150! We are sooo blessed!!!
