Christmas and Christmas eve

We had a wonderful Christmas and Christmas eve. (Sorry the pictures are a little out of order) We have a family tradition of gathering whoever can together for my siblings w/ my mom on Christmas eve. My mom was worried that we wouldn't be able to make it because of the snow. We almost didn't. The sad thing was with that much snow no one, but our family could stay very long, they didn't want to get stuck. We missed you Adam!

This is Christmas Day.

After we had presents and breakfast we headed out to the hilly road that leads to my mom's house, they had just paved the road... but it was still icey enough in places to slide. There is a video at the end of Keagan sledding down the road. The saucers didn't work well, they worked better as shields from Grandpa's snowballs.

Christmas morning, we made the kids sleep in until 8... and they did!

The kids getting into their stocking. One funny thing that happened was that Ray & I slept on the air mattress in front of the gas fireplace where the stocking were hung and in the early morning we were freezing so we turned the fireplace on not thinking.... and the stockings had some melted chocolate in them. :)

This is one of my favorite pics of Ray!

Christmas Eve, Aurora

My mom loves fun socks and frogs, so we got her these, it was soo funny because she couldn't get all her toes into the toe holes and ended up with an empty toe spot. Pretty funky mom! :)
